The kids absolutely love this. And who could blame them?
- 4 strips of clean, no junk added bacon, chopped
- 1 lb organic green beans, ends trimmed and cut into thirds
- ¼ cup organic pine nuts
- In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, cook bacon until crisp. Remove from pan and drain some fat.
- Lower heat to medium, return pan to burner, and sauté green beans and pine nuts. Add bacon to mixture, tossing well. Serve warm.
